Forbidden Practices
Alongside other constraints listed in this document, you are strictly banned from utilizing the platform or its assets for: (a) Any illegal objective; (b) Encouraging third parties to complete unlawful deeds; (c) Overstepping any global, national, regional, state, or municipal statutes; (d) Violating our intellectual property or the intellectual assets of third parties; (e) Pestering, mistreating, insulting, wounding, libeling, badmouthing, bullying, or showing bias toward any person or demographic; (f) Providing deceitful or incorrect details; (g) Introducing or spreading malware, spyware, or digital viruses; (h) Harvesting or monitoring the private details of other users; (i) Flooding, fishing scams, social engineering, automated scraping, or parallel actions; (j) Undertaking any vulgar or unethical behavior; or (k) Disabling the safety architectures of the system or interconnected digital domains.
Breaching these boundaries may lead to the immediate revocation of your platform permissions.
Warranty Exclusion & Liability Restrictions
The digital system and all items are delivered to you strictly on an “as available” and “as is” framework, devoid of any explicit or implicit guarantees. This includes, without limitation, implied assurances of saleability, suitability for a unique objective, lifespan, ownership rights, and non-violation of rights.
Under no circumstances shall Alurevi—along with its board members, managers, staff, corporate relatives, representatives, independent workers, providers, and authors—be held accountable for any direct, indirect, accidental, disciplinary, distinct, or downstream losses. This includes financial shortfalls, revenue drops, missed savings, database corruption, or item replacement outlays linked to your engagement with the system or items, even if we were informed that such losses could transpire. Because specific regions do not permit the limitation of accountability for downstream or accidental losses, our responsibility in those locales shall be restricted to the absolute furthest boundary allowed under current law.
Compensation Protection
You agree to protect, shield, and hold blameless Alurevi and its sister corporations, associates, managers, board members, agents, independent contractors, authors, vendors, operational partners, suppliers, trainees, and workforce against any legal demands or grievances—including justifiable legal fees—stemming from your breach of these provisions, or your violation of any statutory rule or the entitlements of an outside party.
Applicable Legal Framework
These structural terms, along with any separate operational pacts, shall be managed by and deciphered strictly under the current legal statutes of California.
